How we got here? Through some lucky connections, we were invited to spend couple of days over Easter week at the Abrohlos, something only a lucky few would ever experience. A long time Italian cray fishing family from Geraldton with several leaseholds on the islands treated us to a memorable adventure of two nights and three days. We flew to the islands on a 6 seater private charter and returned via a crayfish boat delivering it holdings of live crays into port. The next few posts will detail one of the highlights of the trip to date.

Landing on Rat Island
The dirt runway. It's a bit short and only last week one of the charters went off the end into the waters. No casualties
