Check out the tounge. Found these fruit bats in the trees in Kakadu on the monsoon walk along side the East Aligator River boardering Arnhamland. An awsome spectical.

Fruit bats found in plegue numbers around the Northern Territory. The food of choice is mangos. They are so thick in some areas that the smell is memorable.
If I flipped this photo over these bats would look like possums.
