Australia's Daintree Rainforest.

This is where Crocodile Dundee was filmed. Lush, green, and humid, it is a magical place.  In the back drop frogs and crickets chirp. Vines dangle from the canopy of tropical foliage. There is a distinct smell similar to summer rain mixed with fresh cut grass. You can almost taste it.
We stopped in at a croc free swim hole where we played Tarzan and swung from the rope swing dropping into a deep pool.
