Nessled in the tropical Daintree Forest is the Mossman Gorge. Swimming is essential as the humidity will send you tropo. .Mr.C shots the rapids at Mossman Gorge as did many other tourists on the day. It is a popular place. The town of Mossman is a real gem for those wanting to step off the tourist trail and avoid the crowds. Even with the Wet season looming tourist are still here however it won't be too much longer before the small tropical towns of northern Queensland empty and brace for the cyclone season.
