At the end of the driveway the real estate agent did a little victory dance with the sold sign just before he pasted it accross the sale sign. It was one of his finest moments I thought. It wasn't the actual sale that was good it was the bit of humor seeing him being silly and dancing in his suit. Thanks Adrian for the smile.
January 31, 2011 was house settlement. We left Blackmans Bay Tasmania. We headed for the North of Tasmania with a Caravan, family of four, a year, and a sausage dog.
